We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it.
Our services at DoogyDoodles are entirely bespoke, tailored to each customer's specific requirements. Due to the personalised nature of our work, we are unable to offer refunds once a project has commenced.
However, your satisfaction is paramount to us. Should you not be completely satisfied with the final artwork, we are more than willing to make some revisions to align with your vision.
WE CANNOT CHANGE THE WHOLE SCENE TO ANOTHER PRODUCT
For example, we cannot change a football/pub image to a bathroom image. This is a different product.
In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, we are prepared to provide a replacement. We ask that you report any damage to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
